Rustica Ornamentals specializes in unique attractive home, garden and seasonal decor. We offer a exclusive selection of rustic garden art and accents for the home and holidays. Custom orders are welcomed!!
All of our items are handcrafted by my husband and I in Connecticut. We hope that you love our creations as much as we love making them. Our current turnaround time is 1-30 business days for stocked items and (1 - 12 work weeks) for custom items. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to convo us!
• Custom Orders take much longer than stocked items (1 - 12 work weeks). Please contact us if you need an item by a certain date so we can try to accommodate your needs
**** If you need an item by a certain date please, please contact us when you place the order so we can be sure that it will be shipped by the date needed. Expedited shipping can be purchased for an additional fee but is not standard.
****Please Note - We have a large inventory but items run out and need to be remade and some items are made to order.

Please contact us within 30 days if you have a damaged product or an issue with a product, after 30 days we cannot issue refunds or file claims.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are your responsibility and the return shipment must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original shipment. Your return will be subject to a 20-35% processing fee / Restocking fee, depending on the cost, weight and condition of the returned item, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

How do I personalize my order?
All personalization information should be placed in the "notes to seller" box during the checkout process. ***THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.*** If this is not provided, it will slow down our ability to process your order quickly.

I accidentally gave you the wrong shipping address.
It is VERY important to check the shipping address during the checkout process because we try to get everything created and shipped as quickly as possible.
If you provided the wrong address, please convo us right away and if your item hasn't shipped out yet, we will be able to update it for you.
If it has shipped, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees after the package is returned to us.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We try to package everything up very well but in the event that an item gets damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 business days and provide pictures of the damaged item and packaging so that we can file a claim with the USPS.
Once the claim is filed, we will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
When is my order shipping?
Our standard handling time is 1-6 weeks.
Due to the fact that life can get complicated, and this is an artistic endeavor, not a mass production, my turn around time is only an estimate, not a guaranteed.
